Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026

1. Who is responsible?

Konoha Digital, Davide Normanno, Im Weisswingert 9, 7206 Igis, Switzerland, is responsible for the processing described here. For privacy questions or requests, contact hallo@konoha-digital.com.

2. Visiting this website

When your browser requests a page or a file, technical information is transmitted to the servers delivering it. This includes your IP address, the requested resource, access time, browser and operating system information, and, where transmitted by your browser, the referring page. This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain its security, and investigate technical problems.

3. Webflow hosting

Our website is built and hosted with Webflow, Inc., United States. Webflow and its infrastructure providers process technical visitor data to deliver and protect the website. Processing can take place in the United States and other countries used by Webflow's subprocessors. Details about the providers and their locations are available in Webflow's subprocessor list.

Webflow's contractual data protection safeguards, including applicable standard contractual clauses for international transfers, are described in its Data Processing Addendum. See also Webflow's privacy policy.

4. External files and animations

The website loads JavaScript libraries and animation resources from external delivery networks, including unpkg.com, cdnjs.cloudflare.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net. These resources support scrolling, animation and interface behaviour. Requests to these providers transmit technical connection data, including your IP address and browser information. These networks use distributed infrastructure, so requests can be processed outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Animation resources used on individual pages are also subject to this technical delivery process.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process your email address, the information you provide and related correspondence to respond to your enquiry and, where requested, prepare or fulfil a project. Please only send information needed for your enquiry. Email delivery also involves the email providers used by the sender and recipient.

6. Cookies and tracking

We do not intentionally use advertising pixels or marketing analytics on this website. Technical storage or security mechanisms supplied by the hosting infrastructure are used where needed to operate the site. You can restrict cookies and local storage in your browser settings; doing so can affect website functionality.

7. Links to other websites

Our website links to external websites, including team portfolios, social profiles and Calendly for appointment booking. When you follow a link, the destination provider processes your data under its own privacy policy. Information submitted on those websites is subject to that provider's terms.

8. Retention and recipients

We retain enquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or business relationship and meet applicable legal retention duties. Technical data is retained according to the operational and security requirements of the providers handling it. Access is limited to people and providers who need the information for these purposes. We do not sell your personal data.

9. Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, you can request information about your personal data and ask for incorrect data to be corrected. You can also request deletion, object to processing or request the transfer of data where the relevant legal conditions are met. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it for the future. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Contact us using the email address above.

You can contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or another competent supervisory authority with a privacy concern. Swiss data protection law applies; additional rights under other laws apply where their territorial scope is met.

10. Changes

We update this policy when our website or processing practices change. The version displayed on this page is the current version.
